WHITE SPECKS
Soft specks descend from heaven.
The snowflakes with the ground converge,
Hence, the elements merge,
Meandering creatures disappearing into their safe haven.
Whilst purifying the gelid air, rooftops
And trees are adorned with the cloak of nature over the hilltops.
Deliberate footsteps on the icy ground dissipated.
A mist of quiescence the lonely streets permeated.
Through the foggy windows, expectant eyes
Excitedly contemplate the small beauties
With such innocent wonder, no rushing.
Perhaps it is their rarity that makes them so enchanting.
If only it were always like this...
The slow, tranquil days never miss.
Tenderly embracing the gentle moment
Like a hopeful omen.
